About Our Practice

Boot Road Veterinary Clinic was started in the summer 1998 with the vision to provide top notch medical care for a variety of animals.

We provide this care through a personal one-on-one approach. There is only one veterinarian in the practice and he will give you and your pet the individual attention that everyone deserves.

Your phone calls will be answered by the doctor himself and he will be completely understanding of your pets needs.

This is NOT A CORPERATE PRACTICE AND IT NEVER WILL BE. There will be no care package plans and other complex commitments that may not suit you or your pet.

Please understand that Dr. Bob works alone caring for pets and cannot always get to the phone – but be assured that he checks messages during working hours and gives each message his personal attention – and will return your calls ASAP.

About the Atmosphere of our Office

We strive to offer a caring and compassionate atmosphere at our clinic.  Dr. Bob loves pets and people, and he is kind and understanding.  We will do our part to respect and understand you and your pet, and we expect you to do the same.  Racism, sexism, homophobia, and any sort of hatred will not be tolerated at the clinic, nor will intense political debates, crude language, combatitiveness, or any sort of abusive behavior.

Payment Options at Our Practice

Payment: Payment is due upon rendering of servcies.  Dr. Bob will proivde clear estimates on all procedures and products provided at the office.  We can accept cash, checks, and credit cards as forms of payment.  There is a 3% service charge on credit cards and a $100 penalty fee for returned checks.

Payment Plans: We are unforunately not able to offer payment plans.  We are a small office and do not have the financial collateral to provide these services.
